In the skincare world, there are few duos more iconic than a damaged skin barrier and red, sensitized skin. When your skin’s barrier is compromised, your skin becomes more vulnerable to all kinds of allergens and irritants. Adding insult to injury, a damaged barrier allows skin to dehydrate faster, causing a duller, rougher, and often more aged appearance.

Here at Holy Snails, we’ve always been all about the brightening. We built our flagship product Shark Sauce from the ground up for optimal use of its 5% niacinamide/3% n-acetylglucosamine active ingredients. We added hyperpigmentation-fighting vitamin C to create Great White Shark, included the gentle dark spot fighter alpha arbutin in Alpha Shark, and doubled the niacinamide content in our Double Shark. Now we’d like to introduce you to our latest creation: Snow Shark!

It’s something we’ve been pondering for a while. We’ve never tested on animals, and we’ve always been careful in selecting ingredient suppliers who do not test on animals. We know many of our customers prefer to use cruelty-free products, and we do, too.
