Even after two years, Shark Sauce remains our most beloved product. And what's not to love? It's hydrating, lightweight, and helps with so many skincare concerns. However, some people just can't use it, for one reason or other. To address that, we had created Holy Snail Water as an alternate, changing everything except for the 5% Niacinamide/3% N-Acetylglucosamine combination.

But some of our customers have other concerns as well. Some are allergic to Niacinamide, no matter how well-researched and beneficial it is as an ingredient. Some people are allergic to N-Acetylglucosamine, or would prefer a fully vegan product. So we've created Sunfish Serum as another alternative.

Available in both niacinamide-free and n-acetylglucosamine-free versions, in full and sample size, we hope that we can continue meeting our customers' needs and reach as broad of an audience as possible with our products. All versions are available now and part of our permanent lineup.

And if you're wondering why it's called Sunfish Serum, it's because the Sunfish, which is an adorable, gigantic, flat fish, is often mistaken for a shark. Some more fun facts: it is also called the Mola mola, and is the heaviest bony fish in the world. You go, sunfish. You go.
